What we collect
The website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. If you send a question or a concern, it opens in your own email app and reaches the association by email, with only the details you choose to include. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser only.
How we use it
The clinical committee reads questions in order to answer them, and the association handles concerns privately. Your email address is used only to reply to you. Concerns are never published. If you allow it, a question is published with every personal detail removed.
Who can see it
Only the association's staff and clinical committee. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.
Hosting
The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site.
How long we keep it
Questions are deleted twelve months after they are answered. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
